Is an audio engineer included with my tracking block?
Every single session is overseen and set up by the Facility Host to handle routing and ensure our signature, high-output sound parameters are dialed in perfectly. If you have a trusted, professional freelance engineer you prefer to track your files, they are welcome to operate the room once vetted and approved prior to load-in.
What format will I receive my audio files in?
We deliver a "USDA Prime cut"—meaning completely raw, high-fidelity, unseasoned multi-track WAV stems exported straight from our specialized Tascam Model 12 signal path. You take the raw files home on a physical drive or cloud link to marinate, dry rub, or deep-fry to absolute perfection in your final mix. Rush delivery options are available during checkout if you’re on a tighter schedule.
Can we bring our own instruments, amplifiers, and drums?
Absolutely. While we provide direct access to an elite professional backline (including premium Randall, Aguilar, and Boss Katana amplification rigs, and optimized multi-mic arrays), your creative identity is paramount. You are welcome to load in your signature gear to capture your exact grit. We also offer several 6 string electric or acoustic guitars as well as a 4 and 5 string Bass guitar for rent if needed. Other instruments are available, just ask and we may have what you need.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Because we operate as an exclusive, boutique space with dedicated block scheduling, all sales are final once secured. If an unexpected emergency arises, you may reschedule your tracking block up to 7 days prior to your session date without forfeiting your booking deposit.
Do you offer mastering or final mixing services?
523 Music is explicitly designed as a pristine, high-fidelity tracking and broadcasting sanctuary to capture foundational sonic heat. We do not provide standard post-production mixing or mastering services, allowing us to focus 100% of our energy on tracking the rawest, purest performance possible.
